Fostering Corporate Connections Through Flowers
Over six years, we've learned that successful business gifting isn't about flawless arrangements—it's about grasping the subtle art of professional relationships and the timing that makes the biggest difference.
Our Approach to Solving the Corporate Gifting Challenge
In 2018, business clients kept voicing the same irritation: stunning blooms that arrived after the meeting had adjourned. We then understood we weren’t merely assembling bouquets—we were shaping moments that could either strengthen or strain professional ties.
The Timing Breakthrough We Discovered
Our breakthrough emerged from a stressed client in 2024. Their pivotal investor gathering had been moved three hours earlier, and they needed deliveries aligned to that shift. Rather than calling it impossible, our team created what we now call "flex-timing"—arrangements that look flawless whether they arrive at 9 AM or 2 PM.
"Now we craft arrangements with multiple 'peak moments' across the day, so your flowers never appear to be waiting around."
Our Approach to Solving Problems
We created this method after seeing well-meaning gifts often cause awkward moments rather than meaningful connections.
The Context Discovery Phase
We learned the hard way when a client's celebratory arrangement arrived amid a tough restructuring announcement. Now we ask questions florists typically overlook: What’s happening in your business at the moment? What mood are you aiming for?
Recent example: A client aimed to celebrate a partnership but noted their partner company faced a family tragedy. We moved from festive celebration to considerate support—same partnership recognition, but with a very different emotional stance.
The Practical Reality Check
Gorgeous bouquets that are hard to upkeep become awkward in days. We learned to design for real office settings—air conditioning, fluctuating light, busy receptionists who may forget to water.
Our "office-ready" picks feature blooms that dry gracefully rather than wilting, and arrangements that still look deliberate even if not perfectly cared for after a busy week.
The Follow-Through Innovation
We found the true impact occurs after delivery. A client said visitors continued to notice their flowers weeks later, still looking fresh. That's when we realized we weren't merely delivering gifts—we were sparking ongoing conversations.
Now we add discreet care notes to help the recipient keep arrangements looking professional longer, plus seasonal refresh options for clients who want to sustain that polished look throughout the year.
The People Shaping the Process
We aren’t your usual florists, and that probably explains why our method works. Our backgrounds in business consultancy and hospitality management taught us to view gifting as a strategy for relationships, not merely as decoration.
